Trans-Mate Products Inc. was founded in 1978 by partners Carl Evangelista and Bud MacDonald in a 2,500 square foot garage in Malden, Mass. The partners could see the need to supply the car wash and detailing industry with better products at more competitive prices.

Trans-Mate has grown by leaps and bounds due to Carl and Bud's combined and extensive knowledge in product, manufacturing and sales know-how.

Today, Trans-Mate operates from a 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Billerica, MA.  Our staff of 25 dedicated employees consists of specialists in chemistry, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, inventory control, sales, customer service, shipping and in-house label and sales literature printing.

Trans-Mate products are sold in the U.S. and internationally through wholesale distribution, both as Trans-Mate branded and as private-label branded products.
